I have trained with Kelly for over 12 months and during that time she has got me fit, ready for my wedding and also the birth of my first child. Training with Kelly is never boring or repetitive. Kelly puts alot of effort into each individual session and we never did the same session twice. During my pregnancy, Kelly was able to adapt to my changing and ever growing body, making me feel strong, safe and secure in our sessions. I trained up to 36 weeks and will definately continue my training post baby.

As well as fitness, Kelly helped me with my diet as initially I struggled to lose weight even with the training. After completing a food diary and implementing the dietary changes Kelly recommended, the weight started to fall off. Kelly provided me with the tools to increase my fitness levels and live a healthier life style.

I have been training with Kelly & Get Real Fit for almost 2yrs now, & through out that time Kelly has shown me a number of things fitness based & beyond.

I am now 25 years old, the journey between 23 & 25 has been very noticeable on my body, the physical changes on an all over & Isolated basis have had a very positive effect, I guess to become a minus physical, & a gain mentally, a particular stand out for both me & Kelly has been my challange of mastering the "hoolahoop" when we began it was a comical, daunting & upsetting exercise because number 1 I couldn't do it, number 2 it hurt & number 3 having a plastic hoop beat me was something that was not going to get the better of me, in less than 3 months of persistence, I can say that I have mastered the hoolahoop & have actually progressed to the next stage & have bought ,my own weightless hoolahoop, this has bought satisfaction for a number of reasons, including a much smaller waist line, the fact that I am now able to have a giggle whilst doing so & the amount of core strenght that has come with it has helped to improve another activity in ways that I was not even able to imagine(bikram yoga).

I would also like to mention that through out my training with Get Real Fit I have only ever beaten previous results of measurements, fitness testing & levels of stamina & technique are always improving allowing us to explore different activities & get stronger, Another aspect of the training that keeps on drawing me in is that in the last 2 years of training not once has Kelly cancelled a session, or ever repeated a work our which has kept getting real fit fun, interesting & a continual challenge, & has proven successful for me which leads me to believe that it must be enjoyed by both parties!

I am Heather and have been training with Kelly for the past 2.5 years and I just can’t say enough words of praise for his lovely person and her great work!

I am a busy Mother and business owner and I need my work with Kelly not only to combat my genetics to be..well…kelly says curvy, bless her!! I also need to balance the stress in my life because of doing the full on juggle.

This means for poor Kelly that while she pushes my half willing body…and she does push and I sooo need that, I literally torture her with complaints and groans and sometimes have been known to cry about how hard both life and the work out is! I don’t know exactly how Kelly copes… I trust her professionalism to take care of herself.

I have never left a session that I haven’t felt lighter and better and feel sore the next day! That is a pretty good track record and I am not sure who it is harder for?? Boxing Workout

I have been training with Kelly off and on for about 3 years now. And every time I get back to training with her I get excited and nervous. And both emotions are for one reason, she kicks my butt!

The workouts she tailors for me and what I need to work on are one of the best workouts I have ever done. It’s not the same workout every single time either, she puts in the time to keep it fresh and new, so you never get bored with the training!

She packs such a great workout into that hour and she watches your every move, to make sure you are doing it correctly, asks you to step it up if she feels you aren’t giving it your all, pushes you just when you feel like dropping to the ground, which gets you through, just when you need that boost of motivation.

Muay Thai Kick

Kelly has been a friend of mine for a number of years and I can honestly say has been the best influence on me for my fitness I have ever had. Being someone who does not get a lot out of the traditionally structured fitness options, I didn’t find exercise and fitness enjoyable at all until she encouraged me to try Muay Thai Kickboxing. This was years ago now and from that I have branched out into a lot more variety and finally don’t find exercise a chore! Kelly’s outgoing and bubbly personality is perfect for finding the fun in any situation and she not only loves exercise but helping others enjoy it too. I first met Kelly over two years ago when I had allowed my fitness to get into a terrible state. I was a regular jogger and exerciser who liked to keep fit but had allowed myself to fall off the wagon.
